| This new work has been prepared and published by a team of compilers who assisted in preparing Walker’s Manual of Western Corporations (1975- ). It lists 500 companies (mostly US) for which information cannot readily be obtained elsewhere. The same corporate information is provided for each profile; the introduction defines each item. Six items provide "Per Share" information (e.g., stock price, earnings, and dividends per share). The 19 "Annual Financial Data" entries for the four latest years are subdivided by "Operating Results," "Balance Sheet," and "Performance and Financial Condition." Other sections are "Compound Growth Percentages," "Comments," "Officers and Ownership Information," and "Other Information," which includes names and telephone numbers of the market maker and the broker dealer. Indexes include companies by geographic area, SIC Code, total revenues, market capitalization, and price/earnings ratio. Recommended for all libraries that provide information for investors. |
